NeverMissed provides automated missed-call text-back services to local businesses. When a call to a participating business goes unanswered, NeverMissed's system sends a single SMS to the caller on behalf of that business.
By calling a business number enrolled in NeverMissed's service, you acknowledge that you may receive a one-time automated SMS response. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of receiving automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will not receive further automated messages from that number.
NeverMissed acts as a messaging intermediary on behalf of its business clients. NeverMissed is not responsible for the products, services, or representations of those businesses. NeverMissed is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
NeverMissed reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of numbers serviced by NeverMissed constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
